The home’s exterior colors, greens, browns, and blacks, blend beautifully with the natural surroundings. They added a front deck with a covered patio/gazebo and built-in hot tub, creating a relaxing outdoor space to enjoy the breathtaking scenery. The custom sales center and community office built for Meadows of Morinville is a stunning and functional space. As you approach, you’re greeted by a large ramp and a welcoming covered deck. Inside, the office features a spacious front reception area with plenty of seating, perfect for visitors. It includes three offices, one bathroom, and a comfortable boardroom for meetings. The lunchroom, with its separate door leading to the back deck, provides a great spot for staff to relax and enjoy the outdoors. This custom-built space was designed to meet the unique needs of the community while offering both comfort and practicality.

Paradise, found! We had so much fun catching up with our wonderful homeowners at Dorchester Ranch and seeing how beautifully they’ve settled into retirement. They built their dream cottage—customized inside and out to make the most of their incredible golf course views. With a covered porch perfect for slow mornings and peaceful evenings, this home is all about comfort, connection, and soaking in the good life.

Tucked right along the water with their own private boat launch, this couple has created a true retreat. Their front covered deck is set up perfectly for relaxed lakeside living, complete with cozy seating, sleek pot lights, and elongated windows that frame those jaw-dropping lake views from inside the home. We had the chance to step inside and see their custom touches firsthand, and all we can say is – wow. From top to bottom, this home is equal parts peaceful, practical, and picture-perfect.

This home looked amazing, with extra touches like exterior accents and landscaping, all dreamt up by the Farley/Hesse’s themselves. We were so happy to catch the whole family at home during our visit to Slave Lake! The Loewen’s thoughtfully placed their modular home toward the back of the property, creating a sprawling front yard that’s perfect for family time, outdoor games, and soaking up all that beautiful green space. Designed with their family in mind, the home features both a separate family room and living room, giving everyone room to relax, gather, or spread out. The custom patio that wraps along the front of the house is a showstopper, offering the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening chats. And we can’t forget the red siding – it looks amazing, especially with their matching custom shop!

Canyon Creek is a beautiful, quaint community right on Slave Lake. Our customers have been in Canyon Creek for decades and decided to upgrade their previous home. Again, we were met with a large, gorgeous front yard that really emphasized the size of their home!

Modular Living in Edmonton, AB

We had the pleasure of visiting James and Paula Houlihan for the second time this summer, and their home is looking amazing! They’ve added a stunning rock accent wall, a beautiful deck, and a matching shed. After nearly two years in their Jandel Home, they’re still loving the open concept and the privacy of having the master bedroom and guest rooms on opposite ends. Choosing a modular home was the perfect fit for their downsizing journey, and they couldn’t be happier with their decision!

Custom Modular Home in Webster, AB

We recently visited Terrance and Janine Spry in Webster, AB, and were excited to see how they’ve personalized their family homestead. They chose a Tuscany floorplan with 1520 sq. ft., 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Inside, we found a fun mix of Coca Cola memorabilia and a vintage diner-style dinner table from the ’50s.

They also built a spacious deck, the perfect spot for BBQs, relaxing, and watching the sunset. Interestingly, one of our first floorplans is just down the yard from theirs, where Terrance and Janine’s parents live. It’s great to see how our homes have been part of their family’s history!

According to Linda Johnson, you get “The Cottage!” Linda, who lives in Fort Saskatchewan but runs her business in Berwyn, AB, came to Jandel with a vision for a home away from home – no more hotel rooms for her!

Her customized Jandel cottage is a true reflection of her creativity. With colorful artwork and a cozy, inspiring vibe, Linda turned our white walls into an abstract sanctuary. She even converted part of her living room into a home office, complete with a view of the sunrise to kick off her day.

The Schmidt/Magas family built their dream cottage in Raymond Shores on Gull Lake, and it’s everything you’d imagine for lakeside living. They customized the design to fit their property perfectly, adding a custom garage and a beautifully landscaped backyard. The space features a large seating area and a separate fire pit area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. With the property backing onto a large field, they have tons of privacy, making it the perfect spot for cottage living at its finest!

TFI Transport in Fort McMurray recently built a custom 1,500 sq. ft. office, perfectly tailored to meet their business needs. This spacious office includes 4 private offices, a welcoming main reception area, an oversized lunch room, and a large locker room for staff. There are also two bathrooms and a separate storage room to keep everything organized. To make the office even more accessible, they added a front ramp, ensuring easy entry for all. The customization was all about functionality, making it the ideal space for their team to work and collaborate.

Longriders RV Park in Gibbons, AB, recently built a custom office that combines both functionality and comfort. The office features a large, front-covered deck that spans the entire length of the building, creating a welcoming outdoor space. Inside, the reception area doubles as a common area, making it a perfect spot for both visitors and staff. The office layout includes a spacious front office with a separate storage room, while the other side of the building boasts additional storage rooms, offices, and a lunchroom. The Brittain family’s home is nothing short of stunning, and we were honored to rebuild it for them after the devastating fire in Fort McMurray. Their custom 2,280 sq. ft. home is a true masterpiece, featuring 3 bedrooms, a den, and 2.5 baths. The beautiful kitchen flows seamlessly into the living and dining areas, with large windows at the front to let in natural light. They’ve also added a covered deck, perfect for relaxing and enjoying their beautiful space. What a remarkable home!

Tucked away in nature, with bears, bald eagles, and towering trees, the Stockman family calls this incredible piece of property home. Cliff and Carol’s custom Tuscany floorplan has tons of character, thanks to their personal touches, like landscaping, a fruitful garden, and a large back deck where Cliff enjoys the outdoors.

This homestead, passed down through generations, has a rich history, including a road carved by Cliff’s grandfather in the 1800s for logging. Now, it’s a peaceful spot to watch bald eagles hunting or deer drinking from the river. As Cliff put it, “We looked at many homes, but we decided on a Jandel Home because of the quality!”

Around back, they’ve even got a mature apple tree that’s perfect for summer treats.
