Greystone

The Greystone is a 1,680 sq. ft. home designed to make everyday life feel a little easier. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate family room, there’s space for everyone to spread out without feeling disconnected.

The kitchen is really where this home shines. We opened it up by removing the peninsula, which makes the whole space feel bigger and easier to move through. The oversized island becomes the natural place everyone gathers, and with the addition of a butler’s pantry and built-in storage, everything finally has a place. It’s one of those kitchens that just works, whether it’s a busy weekday or a full house.

In the primary suite, we adjusted the ensuite layout to flow better and added a private water closet. This small change makes a big difference in how the space feels and functions day to day.

At the front of the home, the entry has been reworked to be more practical, with a larger closet that can actually handle real life. Coats, shoes, backpacks, all of it.
