We have posted, flexible hours to keep you from guessing when our Sales Centres are open. If our hours don’t work with your schedule, we would be happy to set up an appointment to accommodate your schedule – just ask!
We are proud to say that we have one of Western Canada’s largest show home parades – that means you can walk through several show homes. Whether you’re looking for a smaller open concept floorplan, or something for the entire family, we have your dream modular home. You’ll be able to relax and tour our fully staged and heated show homes on your own or with one of our Housing Consultants.
Once you’ve had the opportunity to walk through our show homes and have identified the ones you love, meet with one of our Housing Consultants to help you design your dream home. Together, you’ll choose the fit and finishings as well as additional options to personalize the house to your lifestyle.
When complete, your house designs are sent to our local manufacturer to start the building process. With the added benefits of a building process that is precisely controlled from start to finish, choosing a modular home is truly a smart decision. AND…all of our homes are Alberta Built!
While your home is being built, Jandel’s Client Advisors, Transportation and Construction Teams will all meet with you and assist you in coordinating all of the next steps.
