Once you've moved in, we send a customer care representative out to perform a home orientation with you. We want you to be completely familiar with the features of your new home as well as the regular maintenance you should be performing.
In the event that there is any warranty work to be done on your new home, feel confident it will be handled both professionally and promptly. We pride ourselves in the service that we give our customers. We have continually won awards for ‘#1 in Customer Satisfaction’ and ‘Best in Service’ since our start back in 1974.
We offer a comprehensive two part warranty program. In order to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction, we maintain our own Service and Quality control division while working directly with the various manufacturers through their service departments.
