A: Our homes usually take 4-10 weeks to build depending on the time of the year.

Q: Can we customize the floor plan if we don't like the layout, or do we have to buy only what we saw?
A: You can customize almost every aspect of the home to suit your unique needs.

Q: What's included in the purchase price?
A: It really depends on what you are buying. Our purchase price always includes delivery within 100 miles of our sales centre.

Q: Why should we buy from you rather than the competition? What separates you from them?

Q: Do the appliances come with the home?
A: Some of our homes come with a fridge and stove standard. Others don't come with any appliances.

Q: Does the price include the skirting?
A: Typically we don't include skirting.

Q: What type of warranty do your homes have?
A: A one year builder's warranty and a twenty year structural warranty.

Q: Where are they built?
A: In a brand new state of the art manufacturing facility in Lethbridge, AB.

Q: How do I know if the home can be delivered onto my site?
A: We do a comprehensive pre-delivery inspection of your site.

Q: Do you take trades?
A: Absolutely. If you send us pictures of your home, we will give you an honest opinion on the best option for you.
 
Q: Do you finance homes?
A: We don't finance homes ourselves, but we can help you find financing.

Q: Can your homes be put on a basement?
A: Most of our homes can. Once again, the home can be built to suit your needs.

Q: If I order a home, how long before I can expect it?
A: Anywhere from 4-10 weeks.
 
Q: How far do you deliver?
A: As mentioned before, our purchase price always includes delivery within 100 miles of our sales centre. We have however, delivered homes as far away as Alaska, Yellowknife, Radium Hot Springs and many other areas.
