Jandel Homes quick steps to buying a home: 1) Contact us by email, phone or just stop by! 2) Come in and view our show homes to see which of our floor plans suits your needs. 3) Talk to your municipality about putting a home on your lot. If there are restrictions, let us help. 4) a) Write up an offer to purchase on the home of your choice; subject to financing, county approval or wife's approval! b) Take the offer to your financial institution to get approved for financing. c) Take floor plan and building specifications to local municipality for development and building permit approval. 5) Remove conditions on the offer to purchase contract and leave us a deposit. 6) A Jandel representative will set up a day to come out and review your site. We will inform you of any changes required prior to delivery and leave a comprehensive guide on best practices for site preparation and site access. 7) You will start your site preparation and site access. 8) We will schedule a delivery date and confirm funding with your financial institution. 9) Once your home arrives, you will do an initial walk through with a Jandel representative. Within 10 days of delivery, you will complete a three page detailed walk through and forward it to us. 10) We will schedule a PDI (post delivery inspection) 11) A Jandel representative will arrive to review mechanical operations, home maintenance items and complete a comprehensive PDI walk through and orientation with you.
