Once you've purchased your home, we will do a pre-delivery site inspections and provide you with all the information you will require to prepare your site.
On delivery day, your home will arrive by one of our transportation teams working with state of the art equipment. Our crew will complete a comprehensive checklist with you, so you understand what we do when we set your new home up.
We are very proactive when it comes to making sure your home purchasing experience is outstanding. Our knowledgeable staff work closely with you to ensure the highest quality of service is maintained.
Once you've moved in, we send a customer care representative out to perform a home orientation with you. We want you to be completely familiar with the features of your new home as well as the regular maintenance you should be performing.
